Simeon is a founding director of Simictex Consult & Construction Nig. Ltd and Simeec Integrated Farms Nigeria and has worked with Studio Tattoootsi Nig. Ltd as a Junior Quantity Surveyor with over 5 years’ experience in delivering cost-effective solutions and managing end to-end construction projects, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive procurement efficiency, and ensure compliance with sustainability standards. Currently advancing expertise in environmental management with research focused on retrofitting homes for net-zero emissions in the UK by 2050.
Simeon holds a bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Uyo, Nigeria and subsequently qualified as the Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM). He is an award winner of the Ebonyi state government of Nigeria scholarship to study MRes. Environmental management from the University of Greater Manchester and other numerous academic excellent awards and other meritorious awards from faith based and NIQS in Nigeria.
He is the author of: 1. Causes of Occupational stress among Quantity Surveyors in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria and 2. Effect of Occupational stress on the mental wellbeing of Quantity Surveyors in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria. He is also an adept leader demonstrated in several positions held in the past and still counting as the student governor of the University of Greater Manchester, Bolton, United Kingdom.
