I want to report something anonymously

This form allows you to share incidents of unwanted behaviours anonymously; including concerns of bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation, and/or sexual misconduct where the person(s) involved are a member of the university community, including a student, member of staff, a visitor or contractor.

Important Information

You don’t need to provide your name or contact details, and we won’t be able to contact you directly.

We understand that speaking up can be difficult, and you can share only what you feel comfortable with. If you later decide you'd like to talk to someone or access further support, you can complete a named report using our online reporting form or you can also report in person should you choose by speaking with one of our trained Dignity at Study Champions.

The Dignity at Study Champions are based within the university’s student Wellbeing Service, The Life Lounge, Chancellors Building, Eagle Tower, T2. You can call in Monday-Friday 8:45am-5pm (excluding bank holidays)

Taking part in this process is entirely your choice. You can change your mind and withdraw from it at any time. however, once submitted, a copy of your anonymous report will be kept on file in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and from 25 May 2018 with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR).

This form is anonymous. We do not collect your name, contact details, or any information that could directly identify you.

The demographic questions included are optional. Your answers will only be used anonymously to help the University improve support and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.

No individual can be identified from your responses.

All reports are reviewed by the Dignity at Study Policy Coordinator and/or Dignity at Study Champions and used to monitor reporting trends, improve policies and inclusive practice, and inform preventative work.
