My role is to deliver the Graduate Employment Strategy across the University by working in close partnership with academic schools, industry and other key internal and external stakeholders. I am responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of a vast range of employability programmes and initiatives to help students to achieve their career ambitions. I lead on the development and embedding of data-led analyses that inform delivery of services which continue to demonstrate impact and evaluate service activities to inform continuous improvements and identification of key gaps.
I have responsibility for employer engagement, career development, the Bolton Award and early Alumni.
