The University of Greater Manchester is proud to support Bolton Hospice by becoming an Emerald patron for 2026.
Dr Greg Walker, Acting Vice Chancellor of the University, is pictured with Emma Mitson, Bolton Hospice Fundraiser – Corporate & Community Lead, to receive a certificate acknowledging the patronage, signed by Dr Judith Bromley DL, Chair of Bolton Hospice.
Dr Walker said: “The University is delighted to support Bolton hospice, which is a vital organization, and does so much to help the people of the borough.
“Like the hospice, the University is proud to have deep roots in Bolton and is committed to being at the heart of the local community.”
