Jess is the Employer Engagement Consultant for the IoM and the School of Law. She started in post in January 2020. She graduated at The University of Reading securing a BSc Speech and Language Therapy degree with Honours. After University, she worked for Keoghs Solicitors as a Costs Negotiator for 2 years. Most recently, she worked for Page Group International for 5 years recruiting across various industries and roles. This has given her a wealth of knowledge of how the job market works and the expectations from recruiting employers.
She gained a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies at MMU and has always had a passion for education and helping people with their career path.
