Andrew is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at the Greater Manchester Business School, University of Greater Manchester. He is also a Director of Studies for PhD students. He holds a PhD from the Greater Manchester Business School, University of Greater Manchester; a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the School of Environment, Education and Development (SED), University of Manchester; and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Greater Manchester.
In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education, awarded by the International Management Institute (IMI) New Delhi, India, the University of Malawi, and the University of Greater Manchester respectively. Andrew also holds a Diploma in Business and Marketing, as well as a Certificate in Research Supervision. Andrew has delivered postgraduate modules at the Malawi School of Government in partnership with the University of Greater Manchester Off-Campus.
Andrew teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate Human Resource Management programmes, covering a full range of subject areas within the discipline. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a member of the British Academy of Management, and a member of the Society for Education and Training (SET).
He also serves as a Link Tutor for the MSc in Human Resource Management Programme at New York College (NYC) in Athens, delivered in partnership with the University of Greater Manchester Off-Campus. In addition, he contributes to the London School of Management Education Peer Review Group.
